Colleen said they did not repair the vehicle to her satisfaction on the first visit because the engine light was illuminated and the traction light was flashing. These lights were not on when the vehicle was brought in for the repair. She called to inform them of these issues, and the person she dealt with on the phone, Chuck, laughed at her. He said there was a picture proving the lights were on when the vehicle was brought in. He told her they usually take a picture of the dash before any work is started. At that point she asked to be put on the phone with Brian. She stated she does not want to, and will not ever, deal with Chuck again. Brian did the right thing, he explained how a fault in the sensors would be triggered if a particular part was taken off while the vehicle was running. She said Chuck is a low life, a?$hole shyster. She was not completely satisfied with the courtesy and professionalism because of her experience with him. A person higher than Brian needs to be alerted to ChuckÂ’s actions. She would not recommend this business, if they had to deal with Chuck.
