Mostly great experience
Got an alignment and have no issues with the work done. My car was left unlocked, the key fob is touchy but you can still just lock it before you exit. The sunshade was also left unfolded on the passenger floorboard, not folded and tucked away and not put up. Fairly minor complaints but it's June and I would hope that more attention would be paid to locking the vehicle.
