Great Experience
I first brought my car to KLM for an oil change and to ask if they would provide me an estimate for two major issues I was having with the car. They provided a clear explanation of the two major issues along with an estimate. I brought my car back to have the work done and KLM communicated with me and did the two major repairs over three days. I had also brought my car to two other auto shops to get estimates. KLM was the middle of road for the price but was only one who explained everything and then offered me a discount for having triple AAA and getting both things fixed there. My car is all fixed and sounds like a new car again. Thank you KLM. It felt like a trusted service.
