HORRIBLE Service & LIAR for the staff NEVER AGAIN
The 1st time i took my SUV in for a speed sensor & a clock spring they had it for 9 days claiming parts delays. I accepted that so I took another SUV in for an antifreeze leak. 1st, after 4 days & no phone call I went there to find it outside. They claimed NO LEAK. I insisted it was leaving antifreeze on my garage floor to the tune of 1/2 gallon in a month. They looked again & found the leak, claimed they ordered a part from the local Honda dealer for $551.22. I started calling them a few days later for the eta & was told every time, parts delay. I finally called The local Honda dealer & was told they had Never ordered the part, & it was only $168?. So far (2 1/2 weeks). Once i called the shop again for an ETA I was told tomorrow again. I called Honda back & was told the shop had just ordered it. I called the shop the next day & again was told the Wrong part came in so 1 more day. the next day I called & was told hopefully it'll be end of the day so at that point I said if its not I'm renting a car & bringing you the bill. They did finish it that day & the bill was $943.58 for a 2-4 hour expected job & a part mark up from $168? to $551.22. I Advise Everyone to stay away from this business, They're HORRIBLE to do business with.
