The guy who answers the phone is very friendly, and they eventually got the job done. However it took a total of 3 weeks to fix a blown head gasket. I get they’re busy, but the lack of transparency with timelines or follow up when promised is my biggest complaint. Every time I did call for an update, there was some sort of delay along with a promised phone call that never came.
