UpDate from Terry Carmen’s!
I was referred here by a friend. Brought truck in for Evap purge system. 5 days later, the starter went out. Picked up from that & it was missing bad. Went back the next day mechanic diagnosed I need to spark plugs. (Knew i didn’t) after review. Thankfully the owner quickly responded, with contact #. He listened to my experience & agreed to have a supervisor look. Ms. Martha, was honest & said that there was a vacuum seal not attached correctly. Without me asking, informed the mechanic would be reprimanded. I AM EXTREMELY THANKFUL FOR THE HONESTY & PROFESSIONALISM!!
