Poor Customer Service
I recently called Lakeview regarding a previous service of a vehicle I just bought. One of the previous owners had brought it in a few years ago and I was hoping to get the details regarding what was done during the service to get an idea of the upkeep of the vehicle. However, even though I am the owner of the vehicle, the service department gentleman was very rude and was not willing to give me any details regarding the previous service of MY vehicle. I was not asking for any personal information and solely wanted to know about what was done during the service. The rudeness was definitely not necessary. I have NEVER written a negative review of any business until now and I would not recommend them until their customer service improves in the service department.
