yearly inspection
The only thing I am really upset about is - whoever works on my car changes the settings on the dash. I realize that perhaps settings are changed initially to check certain things on the car. However, when that person is done checking everything, they should be courteous enough to return the settings to where they were before they started the work. This is the second time the settings have been changed, and I don't like to have to try to find the setting I want in that ridiculously thick book that came with the car.

Starter issues
My Hyundai needed a new starter and I was left without a car on a Monday morning. I called the service department and was told they were booked solid and would not be able to service it till Tuesday. Dave called me later that day and was able to fit my car into the schedule. Words cannot express how grateful I was for their outstanding service. I was able to pick my car up Monday night and have it for work the following day.

Poor communication
If you would have communicated with me maybe I would have given you the $1300 in repairs however you didn’t care to pick up the phone. So I didn’t care to give you my money. I also saved $400 going to another garage and got a better tire with longer tread life for same cost.

Honest and friendly dealership
My rear window was leaking into the trunk. They were able to determine that the window seal was bad and provided me with a loaner car while mine was being repaired. They don't install glass there so an outside vendor had to be called in to replace the gasket seal. Unfortunately that vendor does not pride itself in making sure the interior of the car is clean and left boot prints on the trunk interior. which is why I only gave it a 4 star rating as the dealership service people should have checked all that out to make sure the area was as clean as it was when the car was brought in to them. This is the first time in all the years dealing with Hyundai that I have found fault with something.
