Hello Mr. Yake, we do apologize that your were disappointed that our Lancaster Hyundai dealership does not have access to your Florida dealership. Please understand that all Hyundai dealership are individually franchised and are not networked together for customer pay services. We have the ability to see limited warranty services based on the claims submitted to Hyundai Corporate, however, the services that are not reported to Hyundai Corporate are reserved at each individual dealership. We do wish there was something we could do to acquire these records, but it is just too many records to share to all individual dealerships. We look forward to being your Hyundai dealership of choice when you are in Pennsylvania and will be happy to share any records with your Florida dealership upon request.

Engine Recall and unexpected coolant line damage
Went in for a engine recall and came out with coolant leaking from a line and dealer wants to charge me $273 for an issue that wasn’t an issue prior to engine replacement. Inappropriate- dealer should take ownership and repair what they damaged at NO ADDITIONAL COST TO ME, the customer! Small write off to keep a customer happy!
