Great service
My Sonata was new in July so this was my first time to use your service center. Customer service was amazing and I had fast service. One thing I appreciate about your service center unlike others is when you come for a specific service, they don't come out to tell you that you could use 3 other different services while you are there. They do not try to make more money off of you. In fact they actually gave me one of my services free. I have to drive 20 miles for service and wasn't sure I would but now I will definitely come back for all my services. Thanks for the great customer service.

Service needs more understanding of resolving issues

Thank you for your recent service visit feedback. I have reviewed your recent visits and see that we have attempted to replace both the antenna and the feed cable for the vehicle's radio. Please know that we are certainly trying to fix the concern of the radio reception, however this is sometimes a difficult diagnosis since there is no tool or device to determine why radio stations may not come in clearly and is very often subject to terrain and distance from radio stations. We can only test at our location and have a difficult time verifying or confirming any repairs that we make.

Please understand that this is as frustrating for us as it is for you and that we never want to return a vehicle without a proper repair. These circumstances only allow us to attempt repairs and test at this site. Once you travel, the conditions change and this is something we can not replicate in our shop.

We will review the vehicle additionally and do our best to perform a final fix for your concern. We do appreciate your understanding and patience while we determine a remedy.

Highly Recommended
If you dont buy your car from here your losing out from the beginning till now the service has been above and beyond. Not like the old days when you bought and left the dealership then were forgotten about till you had a problem with the car. These people keep up with you well beyond the purchase. Hell they even remembered me on my birthday which as a few months after the sale of the vehicle.

The service team was available and timely. Waiting area was very nice and clean. I was in and out in 45 minutes.
I had a great experience with Lancaster Hyundai from the initial car purchase to scheduling service. Employees are friendly and courteous and they are sensitive to your schedule. The car wash is an awesome incentive to come back for future service :-)

As usual, a great service experience
I have been having my second Hyundai serviced at Lancaster Hyundai since it was purchased. I find their staff most professional and courteous, and when they say it'll take an hour to complete the service, they're almost ALWAYS right on the money. One thing I truly appreciate is their honesty. if something you asked to be repaired or replaced doesn't need it, they are right upfront in letting you know. I have been most pleased with the Service Department at Lancaster Hyundai, as I was with their Sales Staff. It's one very well run organization.
