About 2 weeks after having had my Sonata inspected/oil changed/minor services performed at LCM Hyundai, I detected a substantial noise coming from my car. I was within a couple miles of the dealership so I decided to go directly there without having called or made any appointment. The service manager was polite, professional and willing to give a listen to my car noise. He, after hearing the noise, immediately brought it into the shop. The issue was minor and about 20 minutes later I was back on the road and at no cost to me. That's what I call service.
