Hello Mr. Yake, we do apologize that your were disappointed that our Lancaster Hyundai dealership does not have access to your Florida dealership. Please understand that all Hyundai dealership are individually franchised and are not networked together for customer pay services. We have the ability to see limited warranty services based on the claims submitted to Hyundai Corporate, however, the services that are not reported to Hyundai Corporate are reserved at each individual dealership. We do wish there was something we could do to acquire these records, but it is just too many records to share to all individual dealerships.
