Service beyond just car buying
Not only did we get a great deal on a 2020 Elantra, we were able to save over $1,200 a year on our car insurance. Same coverage with a lower rate through Allstate. All of this was done at the dealership. If you want a fantastic car buying experience, ask for MyShawn and Myles, you will be so glad you did!

Poor Service
My daughter took her 2017 Hyundai Elantra to this location(08/26/2020) because her check engine light was on. She dropped her car off at 8:00 am and picked it up at 5:30 pm. The customer service personnel Alana Viar insisted that there was nothing wrong with her car because when they ran the code test no code appeared. She stated that they drove the car and could not get it to replicate any problem with shaking. My daughter had to take her car to Tallahasse to Werner Hyundai. At Werner Hyundai, She was told her that they would fit her in their schedule(9/1/2020) if she could bring the car at 8:00 a.m. (Same scenario as Langdale). The car was diagnosed and repaired by 10:00 a.m. the same day. Needless to say that there was a problem with her car and it was covered under the Hyundai warranty. If you are looking for excellent customer service take your Hyundai to Werner Hyundai of Tallahassee.

Unfortunately, At the time of inspection we could not duplicate the concern. We were trying to accommodate your daughters vehicle but until we could duplicate the concern, we cannot repair. Alena informed your daughter and she could not leave the vehicle for further diagnostics. We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you.

Maintenance review
Was disappointed that my car was not vacuumed as described in the oil change. The time before that the mechanic left a grease smudge on inside of door.

We apologize for not being able vacuuming your vehicle. With the COVID virus prevelant, we are taking all the steps we can to protect our customers and employees. We are limiting the amount of employees we expose to your vehicle for your safety. At this time we do not have a detail department open for courtesy vacuums but will resume once we feel that it is safe.
