THIS OWNER IS EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNBELIEVABLY DISRESPECTFUL!!
I took my car in for an oil leak after valvoline directed me to the nearest auto repair, I went in the reception to speak to a staff but no one was there and I waited to see if he would come in and attend to me like every normal place, but he spoke to me from the work shop saying, what was in there for when no one was there? I ignored and came out to tell him what the issue was with my car, the other staff checked and told me what the issue was the owner, after a while came and told me he would call me to give me an estimate, I said well I’d wait, he told me to “take my car and get out”, I was in shock and disbelief, the staff there was embarrassed by his actions but was helpless. I simply took my car and left still in shock. PLEASE do not patronize this guy for anything, he puts on a smile and disrespects you boldly.
