"Did not meet expectations "
I had 4 recalls that needed to be completed on my 2017 Santa Fe. I specifically asked if all parts were in as I didn't want this to turn into multiple trips. I was told all parts were available. When I picked up my car, I was told one recall couldn't be completed and I would have to come back after the parts came in. Additionally the customer service rep did not call me as promised when the car was ready. I tried to speak with Scott (the service Mgr) and was told he wasn't available.

Bought my car from Lee in May and just recently started having some issues with the A/C not always blowing cold air. Called the service department, had an appointment the next day. They replaced the faulty part (no charge as it was covered under warranty) and had my car back in a couple hours.
