My issues did not have anything to do with my issues
Ms. Tate called first thing this morning after receiving my review to help resolve my issues. My experience with Ms. Tate is always good, and the fact that the survey weighs heavily on her is unfortunate because I do feel that the other issues I had should be addressed but they were no fault of hers.

Return phone calls never received!
Left a message for the service manager, no call back. Was told the service department was ordering a tire, and over a week later no phone call back regarding the tire. Not impressed.

The place is always clean. They have coffee and treats for the customers that are waiting.Telvision makes the wait go faster. They come offen enough to let you know the out come of your vehicle.
