We were in the market for a Pallisade. We were lucky enough to be met at the door by PJ. He was extremely respectful, knowledgeable, and patient with us. He treated us with so much kindness. He answered all of our questions and worked so hard with the finance department to get us to the payment we wanted. Thank you PJ for all your hard work and for getting us into the car of my dreams!

Great salesman, not so great finance manager
Our salesman PJ was phenomenal and he is the only reason I purchased a car the day I went in. He was patient, kind, and knowledgeable. On the other hand, the finance manager was rude and we actually got into it inside the dealership. He told me he absolutely would not work with me on the price of the vehicle because he could sell it to someone else if I didn’t buy it. He told me my trade wasn’t worth what other dealerships had offered me and he would not meet in the middle for trade. After our argument, I walked out and he ran after me as I was about to leave. He finally did negotiate with me and I ended up buying the Pallisade Calligraphy. I love my car, but if it hadn’t been for PJ I wouldn’t have purchased it.
