Worst company ever
They deserve 0 stars. Seriously. I wish I had done even 1 minute of research before choosing them. I had heard radio advertising and chose them based on that after I got in an accident. I had a tiny dent on my bumper. Should have been done in 2 days. I didn't get my car back for a month and half. I even had to choose a used bumper for replacement, because Leif's said my bumper was on backorder. Well, I called Honda directly and could have had a bumper shipped to me in 2 days. They are not backordered. They ended up charging me the full price for a used bumper. Customer service is horrendous. You never get a call back. They don't fight the insurance companies for you. They charged me an extra $60 for "market labor rates" that my insurance declined to pay for. They didn't fight for me, they just told me to pay it and go after my insurance for reimbursement or I wasn't getting my car back. They also don't offer loaner cars like they advertised (they told me they are in high demand and by the time my name came up on the list, I would already have my car back). Absolute crap. Never ever ever ever use Leif's!
