Good sales people bad finance paperwork people
The sales and management people were very good. Unfortunately, the finance department placed an ERT Pending Transaction on the computer making it imposable for me to transfer my handicapped tags to my new vehicle despite the fact that the vehicle was paid for in cash and the check had cleared. This caused me a great deal of difficulty and money.
