Excellence in honesty and integrity. If the repair isn't done right the first time, they will go the extra mile to make it right
I have been taking my cars to Len's since 2005 and have always been treated as if I was their only customer. Additionally, I have sent many friends to Len's over time and they are still getting their cars serviced there. If I have a concern about a repair, I am treated with the utmost respect and my issue is rectified quickly, without drama.
