At Lester Glenn's Hyundai
This is the second time I bought a car from Lester Glenn Hyundai. I purcchased a Hyundai Sonata Limited both times. The person I dealt with (Karen M.) was patient, courteous and professional. She took care of what I needed in the car, set it all up and showed me how to operate it. She even took a photo of me ringing the bell and sent it to me.While I watched her work on the papers and phone calls she had to make to get things set up and make my experience with the DMV much easier, I sipped on a frothy Cappaccino from the floor's coffee machine and nibbled on the hot popcorn which was available to the customers. The next day, she followed up with a phone call to check if everything was all right and to see if I had any questions.
