Great place!
This place is great except that the maintenance guys need to pay more attention to services required. It’s not a good impression when you make a request and are told it would be done, only to find out it’s not done, regardless of how minor the detail is. And, for this to happen repeatedly is not good.

Recalls were done and TJ was able to advise me of some servicesort that were necessary and when I explained I was unable to gave those done at the time there was no pressure.

Always on time with appointments.
Always greeted with a smile and asked if I have any concerns they should double check. Waiting area comfortable to read,
watch TV or use a phone or tablet. Coffee and snack available while waiting is an added comfort.

Still making noise in front left drivers side.
Vehicle dropped off for noise in front left side. A spring like item was replaced in the steering shaft, and both pads and rotors in both front wheels. I was informed the brake job was non-spec parts and poorly done by outside contractor. I was not expecting $650 bill at pick up, and asked for a 10% discount, which was given, and I was thankful for. However, the noise still exists. I think it could be a busted shock, cv joint, or engine mount. This car has been a lemon since I owned it. There is s new engine in it, which was replaced at 60,000 miles. I have had so much trouble with this vehicle, I will not even give it to my adult child. Hopefully I can sell it or trade it. I am very mad that the noise still exists, after the replacement of both rotors. I am happy the air bag warning light is now off.

Service on my Car went quickly
I brought my car in for 30,000 mile service. Dropped it off on Friday night, and was very surprised to see someone there in the Service bay to accept my drop off envelope. My car was ready for pick up on Saturday by 2:30 PM. I was very happy.
