I have an older elantra and I've been getting regular free oil changes. The staff are friendly and courteous. Never pressure me into approving additional work. They will point out what their concerns are and send me on my way. They are professional and work gets done in timeframe given.

I moved here recently from Pennsylvania where the Hyundai dealership treated me like family. I didn't expect that to be the case in Toms River, but I was wrong. Lester Glenn Hyundai is so professionally run. All the staff is friendly and attentive and I really had a feeling that I was in good hands. Service Appointment
Service and Customer Service are always exceptional. Just wish the pricing wouldn't be so expensive, which is none of your employees's faults. My axle broke, and you charged over $800. Had my car been drive-able, I could have gotten the same exact repair, at Pep Boys or my uncle's shop, for only $420. That's less than 1/2 of what you charged. I think pricing needs to come down a bit, and you'd have a lot more service members. I feel very taken advantage of every time I need to pay for a service at the dealership. Again, not bc of Employees' but bc of corporate pricing. Your staff is the ONLY reason I go back. They are irreplaceable!

Terrific service
Lester Glenn and Scottie Mac couldn't have been more accommodating and wonderful. The company that did the remote start however, could stand some improvement. They waited until very late to say they couldn't get my car done that day, so I had to go back and get the loaner to go home and get to work.
