Jonathan said he really appreciated the service performed on his vehicle. He dropped his vehicle at the business 45 minutes before they closed. He was told he would be called when it was ready and it would be before they close. He drove by later and saw that his vehicle was done, but no one called him. The customer service could have been better as a result.
