Romana said this business took too long working on her vehicle. They had to order parts and the adjuster took too long to get a price they agreed on. Edward was great at providing service. He did an excellent job and called her all the time. She was not given a promise of time. Edward kept her posted. One of the staff members at the front seemed a little bit upset. She does not know if there was some kind of animosity between the employees, but that staff member snapped at Edward and another employee. She found her behavior unprofessional.

Charles said there is something wrong with his parking lights, after visiting this business. Before the service, he could turn the lights on and they would come on whenever it was dark outside. Now they are turning on during the daylight hours. He does not know what happened, but the automatic settings are not working properly. His vehicle was delayed 3 days because they had to order parts. Mr. Garza called and texted him all the time during the repair. He was completely satisfied with him and the estimate he provided. He was 100 percent satisfied with the way he was treated by this facility. He chose them because they work on Fords and he owns a Ford vehicle. He would like for his lights to be fixed. When they are in automatic, they stay on all the time when they are not supposed to. He just noticed that issue a couple days ago.

Joann said the employee's at this business, especially Mr. Edward were very helpful and nice. They emailed her every step of the way during the repair process, and she liked that. There was no promise time given. If they did mention a time frame she does not remember because quality is more important to her than timeliness.

Melissa said at first an employee there was very rude. She had her brother call them and had a conversation with the management. Afterward she had no issues with them. She was not provided an estimate and there was no communication at first until after the call was made. Her vehicle looks great and they did a good job on the repairs.
