Spoke with Carlos. He said when he picked up the vehicle up it sounded like something was loose. The paint work looked good. He was not satisfied with the quality of the repair because of the sound already mentioned. The vehicle was a day late, but he does not remember the reason why. He had to pay $200 out of pocket for rental insurance because they did not understand the language.
