Spoke with Rachael. She said this business kept her up to date real well on the status of her vehicle. The only problem she had was that when the vehicle was washed at this establishment the windshield wiper broke into pieces. She mentioned this to a representative at this business and was told that this had nothing to do with the wreck and they would not repair the wiper. She said this incident happened while in the possession of this business and they should have taken care of the wiper. It is wet a lot where she lives. She had accidentally pushed the wrong button and the broken wiper blade scraped across her windshield leaving a scrape on her window. Her vehicle had been serviced at this establishment several times before.
