Patricia said this business seemed to go the extra mile and they made sure she was taken care of. She had run into a bind with her rental vehicle and was not going to be able to pick it up. The employee who handles this facility, Edward, took time away from work to help her. She picked him up from the facility and took him to the rental agency. He drove her vehicle back to this business and she drove the rental vehicle. She expressed she was very appreciative of this. She spoke with Edward every other day and he kept her up to date on the status of her vehicle. Once Edward had not been in, so she spoke to another employee who was able to give her an update and they were very courteous too.
