Mark said the whole experience here was awful. He said his vehicle is tolerable now but he is going to sell it. The repair took 7 weeks and he was told he would have the vehicle back in 7 to 10 days due to a parts delay. When he would try to call for updates, all he would get would be the answer machine and it would take days to get a call back. He said everything about the repair and this business is awful and he will not return saying it was a fight all along the way.
