Charles said he was not satisfied with the quality of the repair because they did not repair the latch on the tailgate of the vehicle, they kept it closed by sticking a cord in between. The vehicle was ready one day later than promised because there was miscommunication between the people involved in the repair and it was never sent over to have the silicone coating put on the paint. He was not satisfied with the communication for the reasons mentioned. He was satisfied with the gentleman he worked with, he was very straight forward.
