Mary said she was told her vehicle was be ready in two hours. She said she got there at 9:22 am and the work didn't get finished until 2:30 pm because they were waiting on a tire that had been ordered and it took a little longer than they thought it would. She said she really appreciates the person she worked with. He was very nice and he kept her informed.
