Thomas said it took 3 days longer than the promised set date but he does not know why it was delayed. He does not know why he was not kept informed, he had to call himself to know when the repairs would be done. He was not satisfied with the communication because they would tell him the vehicle would be done on a certain day and it wasn't. They would give him no information and wrong information. The reason why he would not recommend this business is because of their lack of communication.
