Ricardo said he would give this business a thumbs up. They did excellent work. Tim explained everything to him. He really helped out. He was really good. He definitely did telephone or text when he said he would. He let him know what was going on. He appreciated that. His vehicle looks pretty good. There was no promise date. They were pretty fair and estimated they would take a week. That was about right. The other person's insurance company gave him a hard time and they did not explain how the process would go. They only wrote him a check. Every time he telephoned them they took a long time to answer him.
