Oscar said he is satisfied with the results of the repair. The vehicle was completed one week later than had been promised. When the repair was started some additional damage was found. When he called to get information on the repair his call was not returned for two days. His lack of satisfaction with the communication is due to his call not being returned when he was told it would be.
