Easy to Work With
Came into Lou's with an odd noise. They diagnosed it quickly and came up with a plan of action that I could either accept or go elsewhere. They were able to come up with a solution and get the parts quickly. Lou kept me apprised on status and Rachael also kept me up to date on progress as well as delivered humor along the way.
