Brought vehicle in because noticed a strong smell of gas coming from front of car. Took vehicle to dealership, where no gas smell was noticed. Lowell Automatic Transmission immediately called with notice of gas smell, diagnosed the problem, ordered and replaced the parts. In all conversations, Lowell Automatic Transmission gave accurate time frame and cost of parts/labor before doing all work. Very satisfied

Wayne said his transmission was leaking after the repair and he brought the vehicle back to get repaired again. The employees said if he kept having issues they would give him a courtesy vehicle until his was fixed and that never happened. The repair took about a week and there was no communication between him and the employees.

Hi Wayne, Sorry for the confusion on the loaner car. I had you set up to see the sales department but unfortunately you went to the gas station instead after we were closed. The problem with the leak as you now know was because the dipstick tube that was on the junkyard transmission that came out of your car was the wrong one. We purchased the correct one from Honda and installed at no additional cost to you. Monday morning when you came back I gave you a loaner car to use. Sorry for any inconvience.
