We have trusted the care and maintenance of our vehicles to Lowell Automatic Transmission for almost 20 years and they never disappoint. Their service department personnel are terrific - friendly, knowledgeable, flexible and thorough. We can always make appointments at a time that is most convenient to us and they go out of their way to accommodate our schedule, even offering transport home and back if they need to keep the car for the day. And at the times when we do wait for the car, they have a comfortable waiting room with a television, reading material, plus complimentary snacks and coffee. Nice touch! When we bring our cars in for regular maintenance, they always check everything out, spotting issues before they become big problems. Whenever we have had a repair done, it is done right the first time - no need to return to fix it again. We have been to other facilities in the past when we were without the use of our car(s) for days and days. Ugh! At Lowell Automatic, repairs are done in a day with no need to be without the use of our car needlessly. I feel their prices are more than fair but I honestly don't know how their pricing compares to others because I know I can trust them with my vehicles. That makes Lowell Automatic a terrific value no matter what. Thanks, guys!
