Jacky Lan or JIAN LIANG (his actual legal name) is a fraud and will overcharge you for work you do not authorize. He is a CONMAN with multiple lawsuits against him and will duck and dodge the judgements against him by hiding his assets in different names. Go look up his previous business name LUXURY AUTO and you will see he does not keep the same business name for more than a few years before changing to avoid legal repercussions. Every single review on this page is 100% fake and probably bought with the money he scammed from innocent customers. DO NOT GIVE HIM YOUR BUSINESS OR YOU WILL REGRET IT.

I brought my car in for service maintenance and Jacky helped me understand what was needed and what was necessary. He explained very clearly what was needed to be done and gave me an estimate. He provided all the necessary services that we talked about and did it all in the agreed time frame. I was very pleased and satisfied. I will be coming back to the shop for the next service required
Jackie was able to service my Land Rover on the same day I reached out - Saturday! He was very detailed and helpful explaining to me the service I needed. I felt he was honest and took great care of my car. Million times better service, quality and price than the dealership. Being able to pay through an app was a nice touch too. Thank you Jackie!

Jacky Lan is awesome!!
I had a great experience taking my car into Broadmoor Auto Service Center and it was in no small part due to how great Jacky was to work with.
He was very friendly and informative and I am pretty sure he saved my car from extensive damage by catching and fixing these issues in a very timely manner.
