Having been a long time customer with two MINI Coopers, I had to stop going to Maitland Imports as they destroyed more than one engine and refuse to make good.
I have also had them give me totally inaccurate diagnoses of issues, costing addition funds unrelated to the issues at hand.
Work on your car will always be pushed of or return late. If you need your MINI serviced do yourself a favor and take it to the dealer it will cost you a little more up front, but at least it will get fixed right.
Below is a photo of cylinder one of a brand new motor that Maitland Importers installed, that failed after only 500 miles, this was the second time they repair the motor due to their own negligence
