Not worth the trip
I brought my van in for the replacement of a timing belt. ($620 quote) A bolt broke as they were taking the water pump out. It sounds like they just kept having issues after issue while trying to get the bolt out, after they broke it. They broke their extractor and then had to drill it out. This was suppose to be a 4 hour job. This turned into a day and half job. Then they charged me $190 in labor for the labor of the broken bolt.

Feeling very disappointed after my visit. I usually go to Graham tire - Downtown and I know they would NOT have charged me for the removal of the bolt they broke. I feel ripped off.

Edit: They called to try to resolve the issue. Or get an idea why we felt ripped off. They told us they were going to stick by their mechanics and they thought it was fair to be charge nearly a 1/3 over the quoted price. Not so Christian - like they advertise.
