Had absolutely the worst experience at Mark Mazda on Sunday 3/8. One week after we had just purchased a car from Mark Mazda we returned Sunday to purchase another....After spending hours there test driving various cars with my son and him finally making a decision and agreeing to work a deal.... our sales person comes in all hurried and says sign now sign now..?? I wanted my son to understand what he is signing and not being rushed as this is a big commitment for him....He did sign and the sales person came back and said sorry too late. They sold the car out from under us even knowing we were working the deal first AND spent nearly all afternoon trying to see what car was THE BEST fit. I would have thought some sort of loyalty to a returning customer would be at play not to mention we were working the deal first. There is absolutely no sense of customer loyalty anymore especially not at Mark Mazda!! They had another sale and most likely many more years with me and several referrals and recommendations but with these type of sales antics and no type of customer loyalty considerations.....absolutely horrible!!!
Would not and will not recommend Mark Mazda Scottsdale to anyone. I will be sharing this through every avenue at my disposal.
