Spoke with Sylvia. She said the business did not fix the vehicle and they took a long time. She chose to not elaborate further. She would not recommend this business based on this experience and because they are located 66 miles away from the town she lives in.

We're sorry our repairs did not meet your standards, or ours. Due to quality in sub-contracted parts repairs, and time constraints, we were unable to take care of the problem. That's why we chose not to charge you.
