Maggie said they have always been good to her, but they had her vehicle too long. She spent $1600 on the repair, but she was without a vehicle for 10 or 11 days. Therefore, her vehicle was not ready when she thought it should be ready. They said about 3 to 5 days, but it took 10 or 11 days and they did not say why. There was a parts delay, however.
