Kevin said he runs a dealership close to this business. This business was the one he trusted with all his Cadillacs until recently. He paid cash for some repairs, but didn't get a receipt. Later, the work was not covered under warranty because he didn't have a receipt. The employee that didn't give him a receipt was fired for allegedly pocketing the cash. Kevin is still trying to get settled for repair work done two years ago. After three visits back, he is not real motivated to take time out of his busy schedule to get it all settled. He's not satisfied overall because a part they put on already broke, and the business was defensive about it. He's not satisfied with communication because they didn't tell him until the fourth day that a new part was needed. Then there was a parts delay. When the part came, it got locked up in the tool box of an employee who was on vacation. Then, the part broke. The new chrome letters are not level. They didn't sand chipped paint and paint over it. Instead, they just touched it up. His vehicle wasn't ready when promised, and still isn't really ready because of the paint and chrome letters. The personnel treated him like a moron after the part that was so hard to get broke. They said it was new, instead of saying they would replace it. He would not recommend them because his vehicle still isn't right.
