Spoke with Sandra. She said there were a couple of issues. They were going to go through the insurance and due to that, they received a higher price on the insurance claim. She also noted, when Thomas came to pick up his vehicle on Saturday, they couldn't find his vehicle. This issue made the experience inconvenient for him because he had just come from the airport. They did find his vehicle and brought it to his home. His vehicle wasn't ready when promised because they couldn't find it. She stated she thought, since it was a Saturday, they weren't familiar with what was going on. Sandra said they weren't satisfied with the thoroughness the estimate because they had issues with the insurance company. The insurance quoted a higher price. As a result, she and Thomas decided not to use the insurance company. Thomas paid out of pocket.
