David said his vehicle was ready a week later than promised due to a parts delay. He was not kept adequately informed and was not completely satisfied with the shop's communication because he had to call them for information on his vehicle. He did not receive any phone calls from this business. He would not recommend this business at all. The reason he was at this business on this visit was because the work they did on his vehicle a couple years ago was not done right and was rusted out.
