Victor said it took a long time to complete his repair service. He was not satisfied with the quality of his repair service, because of one issue. Victor stated it sounds like there is a thumping noise whenever his vehicle is running. He brought his vehicle back to the business, but the representative advised it was a normal noise. However Victor hasn't ever heard a vehicle make the thumping noise before his repair service. His vehicle wasn't making the noise before the repair service took place. The representatives completed a bunch of diagnostic testing services, changed the oil, and replaced the starter. He chose not to elaborate on whether or not he was completely satisfied with the thoroughness of the person who prepared his estimate. Victor stated when he picked up his vehicle, he signed a form to release his vehicle to him, however he did not receive any paper work.
