Angelique said she took her vehicle to the business for general service and an oil change. When she got her vehicle back, the service light was on and she's been having problems ever since. She has to take the vehicle somewhere else.

Jacob said the quality of the welding done was not as good as he expected and the charge for the service was $80 more than what was estimated. He would not recommend them based on this visit.

Rip off
Took my car in a mysterious noise I was concerned about. $2500.00 and several weeks later got the vehicle back. 6 days later the motor blew up. Matthews towed it back, ignored us for two weeks only to arrive at a verdict that it was our fault for driving it. How dare we?????? Feeling so majorly screwed over.

Steve said this business had his vehicle for about 5 months and it was taken to a different business. Yet, he was charged for the service that was done at this business and still paid for the service that was done at the other business as well. He asked the owner of this business to give him a call and it hasn't happened yet. Due to these problems, he wouldn't recommend this business.

Katie said this business did not fix her vehicle and they had it for a month. She said the guy told her they needed to take out the automatic start and the issue will be resolved, but it is still having the same issues. She will be contacting them to bring her vehicle back in at her earliest convenience. She said at this time she would not recommend this business due to reasons previously mentioned, but she might depending on the way they act when she brings her vehicle back in. She also mentioned they have nice workers.
