Honest and accurate service, reasonable rates
Took our 2010 Prius hybrid in to diagnosis a grinding noise when pressing the brake to start the engine. Diagnosis was a failing anti-lock brake module, an expensive and time-consuming repair that they couldn't get to for several weeks. They recommended taking the car to the Toyota dealer. Since they estimated the repair cost to be in excess of $3,000, they wouldn't charge me for their diagnosis! I ended up taking the car to Town and Country Toyota who completed the service in one day, charging $4,500 for the repair. ( Scott Clark Toyota was closer to us, but they refused to even look at the car saying it was too old for them to work on!)
