Since it’s hard to get to, they quoted me two prices. Zero if it is related to a repair they did recently or $500 max if it needed 3 new plugs. They needed two days.
I got a call at @ 1:30 the next day saying it was ready to pick up. They replaced 3 plugs. Franco test drove it for 20 minutes to try and recreate the misfire. Who on earth test drives your car for 20 minutes? No misfire. The charge? $475. It had really gone over according to Steve but Franco said trim down the labor and Steve got a reduction on the parts price.
To sum up: Problem solved. Returned a day early. Under budget. And a super thorough test drive. Why would I go anywhere else? Why would you?
