Purchased a mattress 1-31-18,
They delivered the wrong one! They knew I needed a soft mattress because of my pain disease! Replacement mattress was hard too! A month later after many calls we went back in, were steered to another and told it would be softer after it settled in our home? They offered us free trials! Except charged us restocking and delivery fees for each bed? Now over 2 monthes later they reguse to refund my 850$. !!!!!
Will not come back to get the last bed?
We are elderly, had to pay to have their bed moved out of our bedroom and are currently using our old mattress! They are crooks! Beware!
