Verified CustomerI'm sorry for the confusion on pricing, and we do understand how frustrating it is to wait such a long time for an appointment to begin with. To my understanding, our initial telephone estimate was based off replacing one seal, but when you brought the vehicle in for repair, the issue was worse than you'd described. I'm sorry for the poor communication; that's not how we normally handle things so I understand that it added to the frustration overall. We do charge for checking out/diagnosing concerns -- I'm sorry if you weren't made aware of that before we brought you in for an appointment. Customer service sucks. They charged me $170.00 and never fixed a single thing.
