Dropping my vehicle off and getting a loaner car was quick and efficient. The diagnostic piece of identifying why the service engine light was on was clearly communicated, and the installation of the new part was done quickly. Everyone was helpful and friendly.

"Not all that I bargained for"
Some of the services were spot on, but I left with the illusion that the service engine diagnostic had been done and fixed, but the service engine light came back on before I even made it home. Very frustrating!!

"Vehicle recall service"
The service department handled my recalls quickly and professionally. They actually noticed something that wasn't quite right with my steering that needed to be fixed. Turned out it was still covered by my warranty. I appreciate their attention to detail and customer service. I have never been there to have my vehicle serviced but I will plan on returning.

I always receive the best service here - everyone is very friendly and helpful! I will mention though that my car was not washed as requested, but was probably from a miscommunication between the 2 guys that assisted me. Still, you guys are the best!
