Availability when a concern arises
BS Hyundai has always been ready to help when help was needed. This was not the case this time. I was told I could make an app’t. for the day we knew we were getting an ice storm (!!). To their credit, service did agree to have the techs take a look at my vehicle, for which I am grateful.

Most of the staff
I have had a few run ends with some service issues but when taken in to be taken care of I have always been treated very fairly and end result good. Will is whom I usually deal with and whom is always very friendly and informative. Hope he plans to stay awhile. Thanks for making what could be a bad experience into a good one

“I don’t even mind waiting for my vehicle while it is being serviced!”
I have been bringing my vehicle to McCarthy Hyundai in Blue Springs since I moved here from Minnesota over 4 years ago. I received excellent care at the Hyundai dealership in Minnesota and am pleased to announce the same care is continuing here in Missouri. I appreciate the gentlemen who work in the service department. They always acknowledge me by my name and listen to my concerns regarding my vehicle. The time I spend waiting for my vehicle to be serviced is always filled with conversation with the sales people and (even) managers making sure “things are going well.” I want to acknowledge Robbie (service department) who took exceptional care of things this last week! Thank you for your professionalism in handling the care of my vehicle. “Kudos” to all of you!!!

Service staff make sure customers understand recalls.
Service staff as usual were friendly and even though it was an extremely cold day and they were needing to stay out in the bay area they did not seem to let it impact their mood. Will listened to my concerns regarding oil use suddenly spiking and notified me about the recall and explained it a couple of times to me to make sure I understood what the recall was and the steps Hyundai was taking for owners to have the oil usage monitored.

Another great visit, but no communication.
Service/maintenance (oil change) was great. I was long overdue for one. The service overall was not bad nor do I want the service advisor to get in trouble or anything like that. I dropped off my Hyundai for the oil change and a few other items (including a recall). I went ahead and dropped off the car. I had to wait for a ride to come and pick me up. Long story short, I did not get a phone call that the car was ready to pick up. That is where the communication issue comes into play. Again, overall service was great. But the service drive area needs to be moved.
