As I was waiting to be served, I observed a steady flow of customers coming in . What impressed me about the shop was how personable the entire staff was to its customers: both young and old, existing and new customers, service and communications was very personable. Most shops you don t know whether you're going to get stiffed with a unnecessary repair bill.
