Careful they will scam you quick. The receptionist is awful and hates her job
First off Midas is paying people to leave fake 5 star reviews!!! There is a sign in the office saying that they will pay you!!!
I called in and asked if I could have the same complimentary check done on my car as they do when you have a oil change. The receptionist told me it was 31.99 if I was not having a oil change. I said ok and booked my appointment. After a quick 30 min check over I received my bill 300$! The woman said that because I had a misfire they put my car on the computer and that cost 250, plus my 32$ fee. I spoke to her in detail about how I just wanted to check so I don't know why she went ahead and did anything else. Her attitude sucked, she was rude to me, the people on the phone and the man waiting in the lobby. She kept complaining about her job and her whole attitude was horrible!!!!!
I only gave two stars because the manager could see that his receptionist was incompetent and messed up. She messed up so he made it right!!! But if she hates her job so much she should be fired!!!! Everything about my encounter with her was awfully and nasty.
